Our Story
Founded in 2019, Aircraft Flight Support (AFS) provides comprehensive aviation management, maintenance, and acquisition services for corporations and individual aircraft owners. Based in Springdale, Arkansas, AFS specializes in the buying, selling, and maintenance of Enstrom helicopters and fixed-wing aircraft, with a focus on reliability, safety, and long-term asset management.
AFS manages millions of dollars in jet and turboprop aircraft for clients across the country, guiding them through every stage of ownership from purchasing and maintenance to pilot staffing and training coordination. The company works closely with CAE to ensure that every one of our pilots receive world-class simulator and flight training tailored to their aircraft type.
Our maintenance division includes factory-trained technicians for the Enstrom 480B and Enstrom piston helicopter series, as well as specialists in Cirrus Aircraft maintenance and repair. AFS operates one of the largest Enstrom parts inventories in the world through EnstromParts.com (https://enstromparts.com), providing rapid access to parts and components. In addition, our repair shop is fully equipped to perform major composite repairs on Cirrus aircraft and other airframes, combining advanced materials expertise with a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and service.

John Duggar has been active in aviation since 2013 and holds a Commercial Pilot License with CFI, MEI, and Helicopter Commercial ratings. Based in Springdale, Arkansas, he has developed a broad background in aircraft management, acquisitions, sales, and maintenance operations. His experience extends from hands-on maintenance oversight to leading complex aviation programs with a focus on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Over the years, John has built a reputation for combining technical expertise with strong leadership in the aviation industry. He has managed multiple aircraft programs, coordinated maintenance facilities, and worked directly with owners and operators to streamline aircraft operations and maximize asset performance.
In addition to his aviation career, John is passionate about humanitarian service. Through his work with MEDIC Corps, he has deployed to disaster zones across the globe, providing emergency response and logistical support in the aftermath of natural disasters. He lives in Springdale with his wife and two children, focused on family, service, and a commitment to excellence.
